we have often received additional monetary payments (over and above invoiced amounts) from customers/ companies to acknowledge the outstanding nature of the results we produce. one of almost £6000, another which amounted to an additional 20% on the value of the invoices. in addition, all business (with the exception of three people at one company) has come from recommendations from previous customers. we consider this to be our most valuable approval rating. we have boxes full of cards, artworks, letters & notes of acknowledgement. also crystal glasses, books, teddies, chocolates, flowers, wine, whisky & beer that were sent along with the acknowledgements. we are very grateful and deeply touched by them all. unprompted this is some of what our customers have said:
